What began as a small shop in Milvan & Finch is today a phenomenon in Toronto and the developing penchant for such cuisine amongst Torontonians seems that it has become a way of their life. The cozy environment and excellent food quality kept customers coming back for more and seven years down the line we opened our second restaurant in Scarborough at McNicoll & Middlefield. However, Indian food is beyond only sweets, it encompasses a wide variety of food style and cuisine and to cater to the demand for such food we expanded our offering by adding variety of India cuisine to our portfolio and opened our first Restaurant in 2007 at Alibon & Islington. Punjab Sweet House House of traditional recipes of Sweets Made With Love includes dry fruit sweets, Bengali sweets & Indian sweets (we serve sugar free sweets as well). ![]() It started as a small venture at Milvan and Finch but soon won the hearts of all the Torontonians with its delicious taste and exceptional service standards. Lassi recipe, a gem among Punjabi food recipes, is a sweet yogurt drink flavored with cardamom. ![]() However, one thing that remains constant for all is their affinity for sweet dishes……keeping this in mind we a local Indian immigrant family in Toronto founded Bangali Sweets in the year 1997. ![]() Indian cuisine is closely related to Indian history and the cuisine changes as per geographical boundaries.
